Domain Separation Service Catalog

Hi guys,

Actually what happen is I have written 1 Catalog UI Policy in Cisco Domain because I have to create one catalog item for Cisco company(as catalog item is not domain separated

so it is visible in every domain).But when user is of different domain can able to request the catalog item but Catalog Ui policies is not working for them......

I need to ask Is there any way to restrict them to use catalog item.....Because Catalog Item is Cisco company demand not others company...... Is there any way to make item visible for Cisco user only.

Hi Monu;

There's a related list you can enable on the catalog item called "Available for Company" that should do the trick (its not domain separation related).

During loading the related list is visible but after that it is not visible in related list...

I am not understanding why?

Hi Monu, sorry - forgot that "Available for Company" is legacy. Use the "Available For" list and add a user criteria record for the company.

Ya I added but acme(other domain ) people is also able to make request of that item.And catalog ui policy is not working for them..
