Domain Separation Service Catalog

Hi guys,

Actually what happen is I have written 1 Catalog UI Policy in Cisco Domain because I have to create one catalog item for Cisco company(as catalog item is not domain separated

so it is visible in every domain).But when user is of different domain can able to request the catalog item but Catalog Ui policies is not working for them......

I need to ask Is there any way to restrict them to use catalog item.....Because Catalog Item is Cisco company demand not others company...... Is there any way to make item visible for Cisco user only.

Hi Monu;   here are the steps:

1. create a new user criteria record in the global domain for Cisco:

2. edit your catalog item and add the new user criteria under the Available for related list:

3.   now only users with the company Cisco will see the item in the catalog.

I'm not sure what you mean about "catalog policy not working for them".
