Dynamic Walk-up Experience reasons

Hi all,

 

We've been implementing the Walk-up Experience for one of our customers. The customer has several services and not all of them are provided on-site, but online.

So, we would like to configure walk-up reasons that are visible dependent on the check-in place.

If it is online (via Employee Center), then the reasons drop down should only show the online provided services and if it is on-site (in person at the location), then the on-site provided services.

Since it requires duplication of location, appointment booking and queue configurations to have this scenario as OOTB solution, we don't want to do this. Apart from that, it may confuse visitors to choose which location on Employee Center etc.

 

Is there any workaround, suggestion or planning to have that requirement implemented?
