Edit Duration field on Major incident workbench to start from a custom date field.

We have a requirement to modify the Duration field on Major incident workbench to start from a custom date field instead of calculating the duration from incident created time. How & where to change this configuration? Please guide...

Hello,

We cannot customize major incident management workbench. We do not have the acccess to the script which controls all the components in major incident workbench.

I'm not sure whether that is customisable or not because servicenow offers very limited or no customisations on MIM workbench.
