Email Not Visible In Worknotes of the incident

Hello all,

Email notification that are being sent are not visible in work notes of the incident but they are visible in the notification section, can someone suggest some suggestions to resolve this

Hello Pranesh, 

 

I am also having the same issue. The sent/Received Emails is checked in the activity filter, but still i cannot see the emails sent in incident worknotes.

Can you or anyone can suggest me what i can do ?
