Email Notification not trigger second time.

Ques- Create a email notification for approval and email sent to requested for and requested by when state is in requested or approved .

Here requested for and requested by is not coming in "who will receive" because requested for and by is not present in the approval table so we create a event and business rule to sent notification for both requested for and requested by. when we request something  in the service portal then first time notification sent for both but for the second time it is not sent mail, parm's are showing empty .

business rule and event trigger successfully as we check in log but parm 1 and parm 2 are empty.

so what i need to do for get notification second time ?

What condition you have given in when to run section of your business rule? share screenshot

When to run condition of your rule should be- state changes to requested or state changes to approved

As per your suggestion, I modified the BR but still not getting when other approver's state is in requested or approve .

for the first approval we got mail in the system log, requested for andrequested by both get mail but for the second it is showing undefined .

Here for the second time parm 1 and parm 2 is empty

I want when second approver's state is requested or approve, i have to get email again .

Have you created that document_id field on approval table if yes please attach a screen shot of form and that field .
