Export Option Missing for Calendar Report

Hello,
I am attempting to export a calendar report of our scheduled changes. We have a business need to provide this calendar report to end users. I already have a scheduled report to send out to end users I would like to include this report with. However, it doesn't appear that this calendar report has the option to be scheduled or exported even though it's published. I would share with everyone and add to a dashboard, but according to our ServiceNow partners the report ACLs blocking this from public view would be a licensing issue. This was my attempted work around. Any suggestions?

I have checked the context menu listed in the provided link and all looks good there and it is active. It is only the calendar type reports I cannot seem to export or schedule.
