My Service Operations workspace has menu items for interactions, incident, change, requests etc everything except Universal requests. How do I add it, where do I add?

Hi,
Navigate to sys_ux_list_category.list and filter on Configuration field as shown below
These are all the lists you see, when you enter any of the record on this table then you will see the individual list items.
You have to create a similar list for universal request.
