Flow Designer - Wait for Condition - Catalog Variable

Has anyone figured out a way to do a Wait for Condition in Flow Designer on a Catalog Item Variable Value ?

Hi, 

On table sc_req_item, click on show related variables. Find variables field, then select the item you want to use and the variable from there. 

Looks like something below

Use encoded query to do it.
