Form view when creating a change request is differente for some users

I have some users that the form view is only showing the approval view instead of the default view, where do i need to search to check the roles related this forms view?

Hi @Abigail ,

 

1)Check if any view rule set 

system ui>view rules >check on change request table

2)Check if any role added to the Default view

UI>views > look for Default view
