Hi @PratikshaAbhang

PDI doesn't come with support means, if it is offline / reclaimed no one from the community can help.

As you already waited 7 days, you better release this and take a new PDI.

Take the regular back to avoid any loss.

Hi @PratikshaAbhang,

I can share the pain as my instance was reclaimed last month without any notice even though I was working on it just the day before.

However, there is no support for PDIs by ServiceNow. It's better to save development work by exporting update sets regularly or by saving in Github Repository. Instances can be reclaimed if there is migration of data to different data center.

If you found my response helpful, please mark it as Solution and Helpful.

Thanks and Regards,

Ehab

Hi @PratikshaAbhang ,

Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do and log in - Do you see your instance and can you press "start build". If not, and if you only can claim a new instance, then that is the answer.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Best regards

Anders
