Getting HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized while trying to access snow using Oauth

I am getting HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized when I click Get Oauth token from rest message. Am I missing anything?

When i click get Oauth token its taking backing to other page.

Can you confirm the Client id and client secret has copied exact same from Instance 1? 

Also how are you testing it ?

Yes, Client ID and client secret are exact same.

This is how I configured in instance 1 app registry and testing from rest message outbound from instance 2
