Getting HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized while trying to access snow using Oauth

I am getting HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized when I click Get Oauth token from rest message. Am I missing anything?

In authorization URL, I have provided incorrect URL now after correction.

I get unsupported scopes. Is the below entity scopes are correct in profile section?

why do you need scope ? if you will exclude that, then its not working?
