I'm an admin and I've created a dashboard. It is visible to me under self service. The dashboard consists of survey results from a recent survey. I would like to make this dashboard visible to our IT department, how do i grant access to this dashboard. I found an article that mentioned a share option, but i do not see that within my dashboard page. Thanks for any help.
These are the options I see on my dashboard

What I did in a similar situation was to create a new user Group, add the appropriate users to the group. Then on the Dashboard, I shared it with this new group.

- Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboard Admin.
- Click a dashboard to open it.
- Choose from the following options in the Visible to field: option. description. Everyone. Select roles that can access this dashboard. Users and Groups. Select users and groups that can access the dashboard.
Hope this helps 🙂

Thank you S.C, this is exactly what I did and the users still do not see this dashboard under dashboard options.

I didn't see anything there, but when I impersonate the user, this is the message I receive. Not sure if this helps.
