Guided Setup Error

I have configured a guided setup and attached to the portal. while accessing it, after answering the first question, I encounter an error as shown in the screenshot. Once the page refreshes, it automatically moves to next step.

 

Could you please help me understand how to resolve this issue?

please share some of your configurations made, to see what happened.

 

Also, does it happen to all the users or only selected ones? their roles?
