We have implemented servicenow recently and using the Problem Management process.Currently i can mark any problem ticket as known error in servicenow but cant publish it.

My question:

1- Whats the end to end process of Known error database.

2- How we can use full process of known error database in servicenow.

We're not creating a separate Known Error db, We will just use OOB Knowledge.
