Hide fields on survey

I have a question on survey form which is reference to Incident table. I want to hide it for now. How do I hide it?

if not then it won't show in that list

Hi Archie,

as you can see in my screenshot I have incident question as reference to incident table and I can add dependency for it based on 1st 2 questions

can you check the configuration once

Also what type of questions are the first 2?

if your previous questions are reference then they won't come in dependency;
