Can anyone tell me why my homepage search widget is not returning any knowledge base articles as a result? It only shows me catalog items.
In the screenshot we can a KB called "How to get on VPN" but when I search nothing comes up.

Hi,
Check if AI search is enabled for the portal. If it is enabled you need to configure Search sources -> Knowledge bases (conditions) under Search profile

Very helpful! I made sure AI search was enabled.

Then with your comment I had to alter the "Service Portal Knowledge Bases" Search source condition. I now see all my articles. Thanks!
