Only knowledge base is visible in service portal.

The configuration looks fine, check two things:

1. On portal only publish knowledge articles with category populated in "kb_category" field are visible. check if the other knowledge base have at least one published knowledge articles with category.

2. Also check the can read criteria on knowledge base.

3. Alternatively can you confirm the portal page you are checking? Are you on checking on "kb_view2" portal page.

Hello Raghav,

Thanks for your response,

1)Yes , All article is in published state

2) can read criteria is itil users.

3) kb_home_page is kb_view2

but still its not working.

Is "kb_home_page" oob, I cant find it in my OOB instance.

Also in page designer can you check if kb_view2 has  the widget "KB Knowledge Bases":

If you are using a custom page, add this widget to your page maybe "kb_home_page" in your case using portal page designer

kb_home_page is a reference field where we can select the kb_view2.

tThis is the page designer kb_view2 and  the widget KB Knowledge Bases.
