How can I copy or duplicate a catalog item?

Hi everyone,

we currently have a Catalog Item that we are still using, but I need to duplicate it and make couple of changes to the new copy. Basically, I have a requirement to copy the existing Catalog Item and make some changes to the variables, field values, and add some UI policies to the newly copied Catalog Item so that the already existing Catalog Item is not affected. Please how can I achieve this?

Hello,

Go to 'Maintain Items' , open your catalog item form and click 'Copy'

Do you know if this Copy button can create duplicate catalog item in different application other than Global

Example - "ABC" item is is Global Application and I wanted to create same catalog item but in "Workplace Case Management" Application, Is it possible using this Copy Button?
