How can I create a report to find keywords and sort by the date that keyword occurred?

I am trying to develop a report to rack work performed by specific techs. Every tech has a unique tag that they include in a work note when they begin working on an incident which is able to be searched by keyword. However I have not found a way that I can add a condition to this to sort by the date that that work note occurred. The closest I have been able to find is the Updated/Updated by fields which are only the most recent, so it changes once someone else adds a work note.

This does not appear to address the problem as it does not allow me to narrow results to keywords that only occurred on a specific date or to even display an additional field which would indicate what date that keyword occurred on in order to sort by that field.
