How can I enable "My Work" on Agent Workspace for users?

Hi,

I have some users who should handle sc_task records which are assigned to them.
After I granted some roles, they can see their tasks from Lists page on Agent Workspace.

However, they can't see "My Work" section on home page like an administrator.

Does anyone help me to configure the workspace to show them their tasks?

Hi Kaz,

Please follow below steps to check the role:

1. From navigator go to Agency workspace guided setup

2.  Please go to lists then you can see create filtered list please select the configure button(see the screenshot)

3. you will see My work under task table go to the list and check the role so try to assign the role to user and check the access

Thank you for your quick response.

I created a new role 'task_worker' and assigned it to a test user.
Then I configure 'My Work' under filtered lists like as you told, but nothing happened.

I may still have missed something.
Any ideas?

I found the difference between before and after configuration.
In list page, My Work section appeared after configuration.

But what I'd like to see is My Work section in home page.

In addition, there exist tasks assigned to the user. I can find them from Assigned to me under Catalog Tasks. I expected the tasks showed up in My Work and Assigned to me are the same. It's strange.

Assigned to me conditions:

Assigned to me and My work is same actually.. but Assigned to me is coming from catalog task table and My work is from Task table.

conditions are different but purpose is same
