Hello Raju,
I believe I understand what you are looking for.
See if following below steps helps:
a) Create the update set
b) Make any one change on the form that you want to move. Like, in below I removed and added company field from incident form:
c) You will see that the entire section will be captured in the update set: (In case your form has multiple form section, make single changes in each section to capture all the fields on the form)
d) On the Target instance, I removed all the form field from the incident table:
e) Then Committed the update set on the target instance:
f) All the fields are back on the form on the incident table:
Any one change on the form captures the entire section in update set.
Hope this is what you are looking for.
Thanks,
Abhishek

Hello Raju Sardar,
first find out your customization in default update set & Create your new update set and move your customization's from default update set to your personnel update set, then make this update set as complete,
Now you can move this update set to your Test instance through Remote instance, Please follow the below procedure
Define a remote instance
For each instance, define other instances in the hierarchy as remote instances.
About this task
For example, to set up remote instances for Sub-Dev 1:
Procedure
- If IP address access control is enabled, log in to the remote instance and add Sub-Dev 1 as an exception.
- On Sub-Dev 1, navigate to Team Development > Remote Instances.
- Click New.
- Define the remote instance, such as Dev-Parent, by completing the form (see table).
- Click Submit.
- Repeat steps 1—5 for each instance in the hierarchy that this instance needs to push and pull with (for example, Sub-Dev 2 and Sub-Dev 3).
Field Description Name Enter a unique name describing the instance. Type Specify whether the remote instance is a development, test, or UAT instance. Active Specify whether the local instance communicates with the remote instance as a member of Team Development. Team Development operations such as comparing changes between instances or selecting a parent instance are only available for active remote instances. URL Specify the URL of the remote instance using the appropriate transfer protocol. Each remote instance record should have a unique URL. Creating duplicate records with the same URL can cause errors. Username Enter the user on the remote instance who authorizes Team Development operations on the instance. This user account must have an appropriate role on the remote instance. Password Enter the password of the authorizing user. Short description [Optional] Enter any other relevant information about the remote instance.

Hi Rajesh,
Thank you very much for the time you have spent for replying with screen shots. This is about retrieving update set.
However, I am aware of what you are trying to explain.
But my questions is still not answered. My question was just to add my form in my update set. As I am adding each component to local update set individually.
