I have a request to add a bunch more close codes but I am unable to find where I can add these additional codes. I'm brand new to ServiceNow, we haven't even launched yet so please forgive my ignorance.

Yes, that's how I did it.
But when I do make a change (add new entry), I get an update stating error ""Illegal attempt to access class 'com.glide.util' via script".
The update goes through and works fine but wanted to check if anything is broken?
