How do I delete a on-call schedule?

Is there a way to remove/delete an on-call schedule that I have setup? It seems there is no option to do that

Hi Clark,



You can disable the rota. In Jakarta, I went to the calendar, right clicked on the rota and chose the Action Edit Rota.

The resulting popup has an Active check flag.

To do this, you'll need one of the following roles (not sure which without further digging), roster_admin, rota_admin, rota_manager

You could try deleting records from cmn_rota. Go to the navigation menu filter and type cmn_rota.list, select the records, and choose delete.

Yes you can.



As an admin, Navigate to On-Call Scheduling\My Group Schedules.   This will be a filtered list of Rotas for groups that you belong to, so change the filter to All.   Then find the record you want to remove and either delete it using the list choice at the bottom, or click into one and click the delete button.



You could add a new application module under the On-Call Scheduling application called "All Schedules" that has no filter to make this easier.
