Is there a way to remove/delete an on-call schedule that I have setup? It seems there is no option to do that

Hi Clark,
You can disable the rota. In Jakarta, I went to the calendar, right clicked on the rota and chose the Action Edit Rota.
The resulting popup has an Active check flag.
To do this, you'll need one of the following roles (not sure which without further digging), roster_admin, rota_admin, rota_manager

Thanks. I tried that but the "delete" function is grey out.

Do you have admin rights on that instance, Clark? It seems fine for me. I just activated the plugin w/demo data and was able to delete one.

Clark, here are the out of the box roles for On-Call scheduling:
If you aren't a ServiceNow Admin, then you could request to be a rota_admin if you are responsible for managing the instance's rotas.

Changing this question in a perspective - the individual teams would have their SPOC to manage the team on call schedule and they are the one who setup and manage this on their own.
What is the best way for them to retire/inactive the rota they dont want anymore? I am just thinking I'd want to keep the rota admin to minimal
