Does anyone have any idea how to remove this overview tab when creating a new problem in SOW

Try this, go to page collection and open 'SOW - Record tabs left'
Open 'Problem Overview SNC' settings and make it inactive and save it [uncheck 'active' under Availability section]
Refresh the page and try to create a new problem

Hi @joshmorris
It looks like a cache issue. As per the KB, it should work. Did you try running cache.do
?Try logging out and logging back in as well.

I followed the same steps and it removes the content within the Overview tab but it shows that message "Contact your admin"
This worked for me
1) Open "SRP Record" page variant under SOW and click Duplicate
2) Create a Variant of "SRP Record" and Give Name as "SRP Record copy Problem"
2) Ensure this page variant has this condition so that it shows only for Problem table
give condition as table=problem
3) then remove the Overview tab itself from Right Side in the latest variant you created
4) Click Save It should be gone
