How do I display the Problem Management State Chevron on the Problem Form

I cannot see the Problem State Chevron on the top of the Problem Form. How can I display it.

Hi,

Are you referring to the process flow in the below image? If so follow the steps I've listed.

1. Add the process flow formatter via form designer.

2. Drag "Process Flow (Formatter)" to where you want it to display.

3. Navigate to process flow to configure the flow (Optional - may not be needed)

4. You can check to see if process flow record definitions are defined in your instance by searching using the table name.

5. You can create custom steps as part of the process flow if needed.

Name = Internal Name for referencing

Label = What is displayed on the formatter to the user

Order = Order in the chain this section is shown

Condition = condition on which the formatter will show as checked.
