Hey Chanikya,
There is no Mobile view by default for the sc_req_item table and so you have to create one using the steps below:
Steps to add mobile list view
- Go to System UI -> Views
- Find the Mobile view
- On the lists tab add the sc_req_item table
- Open the new sc_req_item sys_ui_list record
- Add the elements and their position as you would like them to appear.
There is no Mobile view by default for sc_req_item and so it uses the task one.

earlier i seen that there is no Mobile view, so suddenly from where you have got mobile view
