How to add column fields in List view - In Portal

How to add more columns here -closed date, Created By, Opened By

Hey Chanikya,

There is no Mobile view by default for the sc_req_item table and so you have to create one using the steps below:

Steps to add mobile list view

  1. Go to System UI -> Views
  2. Find the Mobile view
  3. On the lists tab add the sc_req_item table
  4. Open the new sc_req_item sys_ui_list record
  5. Add the elements and their position as you would like them to appear.

There is no Mobile view by default for sc_req_item and so it uses the task one.

I became very excited when I saw this (learned something new) but unfortunately the form that pops up to be edited doesn't match the one I'm viewing...

Login to ServiceNow as Admin and go to list view for Requested Item Table.  Select view as default or Portal. See image marked 1 below. Right click on Menu header and click on configure -> List Layout. Image (Mark 2) and select required fields.

Did you check the View? List view and Portal view must be same.
