Hey Chanikya,
There is no Mobile view by default for the sc_req_item table and so you have to create one using the steps below:
Steps to add mobile list view
- Go to System UI -> Views
- Find the Mobile view
- On the lists tab add the sc_req_item table
- Open the new sc_req_item sys_ui_list record
- Add the elements and their position as you would like them to appear.
There is no Mobile view by default for sc_req_item and so it uses the task one.
Hope this helps!

Hi Robert,
I couldnt able to add the reference fields, opened and closed dates to the incident table mobile view.
Any idea how to add these columns to reflect on portal?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Robert,
I tried both the ways you have provided.
Method-1 :
This is typically the "view all" drill-down page for a simple list widget. You can change the columns by doing the following:
- Navigate to page in the Service Portal you want to modify
- Hold Ctrl and right click on the widget you want to adjust
- Click on "Instance in page editor"
- Choose the page where the widget is located on
- Hover over the simple list widget and click the edit icon
- Go to the "fields" property and click in empty space and choose fields.
- Click "Save" or do a Ctrl + S
Method-2 :
There is no Mobile view by default for the sc_req_item table and so you have to create one using the steps below:
Steps to add mobile list view
- Go to System UI -> Views
- Find the Mobile view
- On the lists tab add the sc_req_item table
- Open the new sc_req_item sys_ui_list record
- Add the elements and their position as you would like them to appear.
There is no Mobile view by default for sc_req_item and so it uses the task one.
Issue :
Method -1 :
Unable to edit the filed column as it is uneditable. Please find below the screenshot.
Method-2 :
I have added the table but column didn't reflect.
Can you please help in resolving the issue?
Thanks,
Shivam
