How to add columns to the Change Schedules?

Hi All,

We're upgrading to London soon, and we need to change or add columns to the Change Schedule chart. Instead of showing the Configuration Item and Duration, we would like to replace it with the TItle and  Assignment Group.

Manish, 

I do understand what you are trying to achieve here. Even if you made changes to the UI script, until or unless if you add the particular field value in the "Left Column Fields" under the Record Summary Tab in the corresponding Change Schedule Definition, your result will be shown as undefined. If you have already done this and still if the value is undefined,You can share the Changes which you did on UI Script.

Moreover, after making changes to the UI script, always try clearing out your instance cache.

Do you mind to share how did you insert the "Short Description" in the UI Script. I have done all the steps as shared here but the column still show "undefined"

 Could you please list down, what and where we have to make the change in the "change_soc" UI page for this,

Actually, i followed all your previous steps like,

I modified the 2 UI scripts and change schedule left column fields as well but "assignment group" field value still showing as "undefined" after clearing the cache as well, So i thought i have to update the UI page too, so you did not mention what changes i have to do in UI page for this.

Just FYI..

I contacted HI support for this requirement and they told us that, there is an enhancement request[FTASK45474] for this requirement and expecting in future release versions but not sure which version it is.
