How to add more tabs to the Header in the Service Portal

I want to add case and notifications to the Header of the Service Portal

Hi Mariyan,

Step :1 Open the Portal for which you need to add the Menus on Header.

Example: Opened the Customer Support portal. Click on the preview icon of Main menu and click on Open Record.

Step :2: In the related list You can see the Menu Items as shown in the below screenshot.

Step :3: Click on the new  button to create the header menu and configure the new menu item as per business need.

Hi Silva,

 

This menu's are already used in csm portal. You can replicate them to be visible on SP:

 

Goto sp_portal.list and search for Customer Support. This is a reference to get a similar menu for SP.
