Option: Global Email Template for Signature
Create a Template for the Signature
Go to System Notification → Email → Templates.
Click New.
Fill in:
Name: Global_Signature
Message:
<br><br>
Thank you,<br>
ServiceNow Support TeamSave the template.
Include Template in Notifications
Open any Notification you want to add the signature to.
In the Message or Message HTML field, add:
${Global_Signature}Save the notification.
Benefits
Signature is centralized: if you need to update it, just edit the template, and all notifications using it will reflect the change.
Works for all modules (Incident, Request, Change, etc.) if each notification references the template.
