How to add signature in email notification

I am having requirement. I need to add signature in the email notification 

 

Example us the below one

Option: Global Email Template for Signature

  1. Create a Template for the Signature

    • Go to System Notification → Email → Templates.

    • Click New.

    • Fill in:

      • Name: Global_Signature

      • Message:

Thank you,<br>
ServiceNow Support Team
  • Save the template.

  • Include Template in Notifications

    • Open any Notification you want to add the signature to.

    • In the Message or Message HTML field, add:

       
${Global_Signature}
  • Save the notification.

  • Benefits

    • Signature is centralized: if you need to update it, just edit the template, and all notifications using it will reflect the change.

    • Works for all modules (Incident, Request, Change, etc.) if each notification references the template.
