How to add the lists in Workspace

Hi All,

I have created a scoped app and created a OOB workspace for this app. Below is the workspace I have created.

Here, along with the Open, Unassigned, Closed and All, I have to add Open Unassigned, Assigned to me, Assigned to my group and unassigned to my group.

How do I modify this list? Can anyone please guide me on this.

Thanks in Advance,

Nagashree.

Hi @Nagashree5 ,

UX List Menu Configuration (sys_ux_list_menu_config table) is where you make changes. Make sure you are in the correct scope.

Under All> type sys_ux_list_menu_config.LIST > Open your Workspace > Start Configuring as per your need .

Hi @Community Alums ,

I have given the workspace user role for a user, the user is able to see the out of box lists only not the lists which I have created. Can you please guide me on this.

Also, on the sys_ux_list table where the lists are there, Roles [DO NOT USE] column is there, can I use this?

Thanks in Advance,

Nagashree.

Im working on legacy workspace and it doesnt comes under this "sys_ux_list_menu_config" .

Is it possible to configure list in legacy workspace across all user's list?

Hi @Nagashree5 ,

If you are new to this I would recommend you to navigate to Workspace Experience->Configurable Workspace Guided Setup. Here you will find all the help that you will need to configure workspace with tutorial.

1. To Modify the List Go to the 3rd task of list configuration.

2. You will find both configuration for List Categories and List Filter.

3. Click on the Required Configuration task that will take you to the Configuration table to create your desired changes in list and catagories.
