How to associate multiple service and CI into a single Change record?

How do I create a change that affects multiple services and CIs? In the out of the box change, it only allows 1 CI and 1 Service. 😞

Change Request --> Configuration Item should display. Can you also try Change Reques --> Business service

You need to use Affected CI related list to related multiple CI records to 1 change like below

Hi,

You will need to add the 'Affected CI's' related list to allow more than one CI / Service to be represented by a change.

This can be done by going to the additional actions menu > configure > related lists

I have tried this and it worked. However, when viewing the CI and the related changes to the CI - the change record does not appear.

Hard to see without a screenshot of your related list but likely it's only looking at the change table and not the Affected CI table
