How to associate multiple service and CI into a single Change record?

How do I create a change that affects multiple services and CIs? In the out of the box change, it only allows 1 CI and 1 Service. 😞

Change Request --> Configuration Item should display. Can you also try Change Reques --> Business service

I think I found the answer I created a custom relationship. I can't find the out of the box you were talking about though. 😞
