How to auto assign a Incident to a group based on some conditions?

I want to know how to assign a incident to a group automatically when it is created

This can be achieved by creating assignment rules (System Policy --> Rules --> Assignment) and create a record depending on the conditions you want to auto assign

Another way is using Advanced Work Assignment and I believe it works only in Agent Workspace
