How to calculate total availability% for a CI on Service Availability form?

Hi,
We have created outages for a Configuration Item. We want to get the total availability percentage for that Configuration Item using Reports annually, monthly and weekly. How can we achieve that?
We tried creating Service Offerings and Service Availability. We are able to see the outages related to the Service Offering under the Service Availability related lists(Outages during Interval). We are facing problem with the total availability percentage, Outages and other fields in Service Availability form which are not getting populated.How to fix this issue?
Any help is appreciated!!

Hi Nikith,
The Service Commitment mentioned should have a Schedule associated with it. Commitment Availability is auto calculated based on the associated schedule.
