How to create a change from case table which is in scoped application and linking that change to change request field on a Case table ??

I want to create normal change and standard change from the Case table which is in the customer service application. I want the same user experience as how change is behaving on the incident form. So I have modified the out of the box  change Ui actions on the incident but it is not working.  if I click on normal change ui action it is not creating change but redirected to case list view and for a standard change I am getting some errors. in the standard change we have used stdchangeutils() which is OOB script include for change . can anyone help me with this? if anyone provides with code that would be great.  Thanks in advance.

Hey,

Instead of building a custom solution, why don't you utilize OOB feature:

Integration with the Change Management application enables customer service agents to create change records from cases or associate existing change records to cases.

With this integration, customer service agents can perform the following tasks:
  • Create a change from a case.
  • Associate an existing open change to a case.
  • Remove an associated change from a case.
  • View the following information in the case work notes:
    • State changes for the change record.
    • Additional comments added to the change record.
