How to create a change from case table which is in scoped application and linking that change to change request field on a Case table ??

I want to create normal change and standard change from the Case table which is in the customer service application. I want the same user experience as how change is behaving on the incident form. So I have modified the out of the box change Ui actions on the incident but it is not working. if I click on normal change ui action it is not creating change but redirected to case list view and for a standard change I am getting some errors. in the standard change we have used stdchangeutils() which is OOB script include for change . can anyone help me with this? if anyone provides with code that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hey,
Instead of building a custom solution, why don't you utilize OOB feature:
Integration with the Change Management application enables customer service agents to create change records from cases or associate existing change records to cases.
- Create a change from a case.
- Associate an existing open change to a case.
- Remove an associated change from a case.
- View the following information in the case work notes:
- State changes for the change record.
- Additional comments added to the change record.
