How to create a report showing the time a change approval task is sitting with a user?

Hi all,

I am noticing that certain users / approval groups are taking a long time to approve changes assigned to them so I was hoping to setup a report to show long a change approval task is sitting there unactioned for the last 30 days.

We have three different active Business Services with different approval workflows so ideally I would like a separate report for each.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated?

Can we add the Who? I am currently working on the similar report and I need to know who those approvals were assigned to.
