How to create flag

Hello Experts,

I wat a flag to be displayed against 'Standard' change. I mean the change of type 'Standard' should have a flag displayed to identify.

Can anyone help how to proceed on this?

example like I see in incident, same way want to highlight 'Standard' Change.
