Hi,

Prior to London there was not provision to get plugins uninstalled but starting with London few of those can be rolledback.

You can open the plugin & see the options you get as Related links (somewhere where you have Activate/Upgrade option).

In case there is no such link suggest you to check with HI if there is any option get the plugins rolled back from their end. You can refer HI article for the same.

As per this docs

After a plugin is activated, you cannot disable or deactivate it. If needed, you can hide the functionality. You should thoroughly test, in a non-production instance, the specific features and functionalities that are installed when you activate the plugin before using them in a production instance.

ServiceNow plugins

I would suggest to raise HI ticket with ServiceNow & check with them.

For similar situation I was not able to deactivate the plugin, I deactivated the ACLs,menus which are part of the plugins.

There is an another way for sub prod instances by contacting servicenow and roll back to the recent backup before the plugin was installed, in case of production its risky to go with roll back.
