How to delete or disable lists in workspace?

How can I delete or deactivate the lists (Interactions, Knowledge, Conversation Monitoring, Tasks, SLA's, incidents, problems, changes, catalog and CMDB), keeping only the requisition list, for better visualization of customer requests.
Even with all the Workspace roles, I can't edit anything.
Even changing the application from Global to Agent Workspace, I can't edit anything.
Even going into Dictionary Entry of Category, I can't edit anything.
This situation is fictitious, exercise only for learning.
