How to delete system generated email activity from the incident

I know how to delete the journal and audit entry for an incident. In the same way do we have option on how to delete the notification email that is generated by the system in the Incident activity?

I searched the email activity from the system logs and deleted it from there.. And was also able to edit the content of the email and modify it. Got the issue figured out.. Thanks a lot for your response.

The notification will be listed under the Label of email in the audit history of incident, Have you tried deleting it?

I deleted email activity log record in  "sys_history_line" but still notifications showing email actity log. please help me on that .
