How to display categories under parent category instead of all items in portal

Hi All,

Is there any way to display sub categories under a parent category like catalog items in portal. Now it is showing items under all sub categories. But I need to show only the sub categories. 

Please help me asap.

Great little gem there Pankaj, but on my New York release it doesn't seem to be working! But there again my doesn't seem to be called 'V2' but it has that checkbox on it.
