Is this on the Service Portal? Or on the Platform UI? Or both?

Would using Multi-Row Variable Set help you?

If not, you could go for a custom UI Page. Though this would concern higher complexity.

I have used multi-row variable set but view is different.

Can you please help me how to create or write script to achieve this.I had never created UI page.
