For both Incidents and Requests... When filtering from the list view for Incidents with no Assignment Group assigned, I get different results depending on how I filter. For example, when I create a filter condition in the breadcrumbs for [Assignment Group] [is empty] then there is only 1 record in the list. However, looking at the list view without that filter condition I can see there are several records where the Assignment Group is (empty). If I use Show Matching on one of those (empty) fields then I can see there are 16 records where the field is (empty). And the one record from the original filter condition is not included in those 16 records.
I'm trying to understand the differences between these 2 (empty)'s. They look the same but don't seem to be responding the same. I appreciate any insight any of you experts have to offer!

Hello,
To understand the difference I would suggest is to apply filter in both ways you have mentioned and then do copy query of the filter ans see from the query perspective if there is any difference I think you will most probably find the difference
