How to trigger sc_task and ritm for a record producer with incident table

based on the requirement I need to trigger sc_task or incident record.

I need both incident record and sctask

if I am selecting the option  'A', it has to create a INCIDENT RECORD,

if I am selecting the option 'B', it has to create a SCTASK
